Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Times & Rates
- United States: standard delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days after processing.
- Free shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, use the tracking link in your confirmation email to follow your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Delays
Occasionally, carrier delays, weather, or high demand can affect delivery times. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us and we'll help.
Wrong or Undeliverable Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping may apply).
